Context:
The Insurance Data Watch tool will be available by mobile app, as well as on desktop, in a feed format.
While the mobile data feed is better to see history of updates, some people may prefer an email format, for one category.
We can't consider this feature for more than one category, as you'd be receiving too many emails a day to keep up with!
